Thousands of young people near or below the poverty line want and need part-time or full-time jobs. Post a job opportunity now! You can help by identifying  paid positions in your organization, using the application below. AYE will provide you with qualified interview candidates. Our experienced  staff will review your hiring requirements, pre-screen youth,and refer only those young people meeting your specific needs. Our staff will also  pre-identify applicants eligible for subsidized training hours and tax  credits. Job preparation for  each young person includes a pre-employment seminar conducted by a professional. Highlighted topics include interview techniques, workplace diversity and  culture, job retention, business dress and interpersonal communication. Cost There is no cost to employers for candidate referral services. Employers are required to pay at least the minimum wage, but are encouraged to pay a higher salary. Time Frame Most young people  are available to work part-time throughout the year, and full-time during vacation breaks. Some youth are available immediately for full or part-time  positions. Employers can expect to be contacted by one of our staff members  within three days of a job posting. We also encourage employers to hire youth for short-term projects, one day, or a few hours!
